    Absolutely perfect service as they contacted me to say there was a problem with my order and that it could be filled until very early in new year as so close to xmas so I asked for total refund which I received within just an hour or so, that meant could buy from another seller, shame that other sellers cant do refunds more like this seller very highly impressed and would recommend this seller for service like this.     The sharpener arrived not working properly. It was packaged in a bag with 1 layer of bubble wrap as part of the bag, the bag was torn. The box was torn. Motor makes an uneven grinding noise, pencils do not sharpen. I spoke with seller. Offer-I can return it to them and they will evaluate. If found it fine they will require I pay the shipping back. The seller is in the UK and I,in the US. I paid $170.00 ish. Will cost 50.00+ to ship back. Will be ~$300 at end. I asked to send video no response.
