  The product as described, fast delivery. The carrier (DPD) was not up to the task, the delivery was delayed and the packaging was damaged, but thanks to the secure packaging, the product was not damaged. The seller was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately there was a minor error in the scope of delivery (missing component) but this was corrected by the seller. Overall, the seller's supportive attitude and communication made up for any inconvenience. I would definitely recommend the seller!

  Refurbished Mini-PC, in good conditions, with power supply, antenna, Win11 Pro OS, affordable price, corresponding to as advertised. Very well packaged shipment, with tracking nr., and delivered to Italy within estimated time. Recommended Seller! Note for international buyers: just be prepared, expect that anything is in German language from the Seller, from order emails, invoice, to the Win11 Pro OS: but as it is the Pro version, easy to change to any local language, search how to on internet.

Aucune information sur le tracking , ni email .Vous apprenez le retard de livraison 2 heures avant l heure limite par le tracking (miracle). livraison prevue mystere?? Vous êtes dans l .attente, puis le lendemain ca sonne chez vous. Un livreur? Muet?, comprend il?? Pas bonjour, il chie le carton..... Votre chance? Vous êtes présent!...

  Bought a HP Elitebook 840 G5 laptop. Second purchase from this seller. Shipping next day and arrived packaged very neatly and securely. Accessories were in a separate smaller box. Laptop itself was exactly as described. Including the very minor visual defect. This is awesome, as you get exactly what you see in the pictures. Laptop turned on, booted and works without any issues. The feeling is like a brand new one. Definitely a trustworthy seller and would recommend!

  Bough a Dell T130 used server. Shipped next day after order. Shipping costs were awesome for the speed and package size. Received one week after order. The condition was spotless. Packaged in a secure way and the server itself was super clean. As described originally - minor scratches, but had to search for those. It booted up with no problems straight out of the box. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and item from Compicool.

  Exceptional Communication with the seller after the initial delivery by DPD failed. The vendor was Very reactive and reshipped via dhl. Product was as described. I highly recommend doing business with this seller
