    Seller was awesome. They went out of their way to communicate with me because there was a question if the mat would fit my vehicle. I wasn’t checking my emails, just waiting patiently for the product to arrive. One day I received a tiny package just to get my attention and check my mail. Once I FINALLY sent pictures of my vehicle they had requested numerous times, we realized product did not fit my vehicle and they refunded my money immediately.     I got leather seat belt pads. They are soft and actually provide nice padding. They arrived brand new in unopened packaging. The color matches the leather seats in my Ford Edge Titanium extremely well. The seller kept me informed of the shipping status and the item arrived when it was supposed to. I would buy these pads again.
