Item is as described and pictured. The price was excellent and shipping was very fast. The packaging on the hand was not so good. The plastic bag that the valve was suppose to be in was completely open at the top and barely taped closed at the bottom and looked old, dirty and worn. The single air bag in the box was completely void of air leaving the valve to fly around in the box. The valve was quite dirty. A plus was that seller pays return shipping if needed.
