Packaging was fine so I’m not sure what happened. The communication with Motomentum was great and they offered me my money back or a new battery. I needed the battery so they sent me a new one right away. Great customer service.

The plastic bag inside the box containing the gauge was still sealed. I feel bad offering an even lower price on it, now that I have received it and examined it. I like these. Good quality - my last one failed at about 100,000 miles. Good communication with seller, well packaged for shipping, fast delivery! Thanks! AAA +++
