UPS updated me that it was damaged while shipping it to me. Guess what. They re-routed it to the seller without me receiving a damaged laptop and I also informed the seller about it. I just received another laptop, no damage or whatsoever. Thank you seller and Kudos to UPS. I'm about to purchase another laptop from them right away.

It would have been perfect quality had it been packaged properly. The seller does not accept returns but when we reached out showing the packaging and subsequent damage they were willing to accept a return, which spoke a lot to the integrity of their business.
