Intuitive packaging insured its safety along with the other items. As the box & figure includes a high level of detail throughout, this is very much appreciated. At first I thought an important part was missing so I contacted the seller and they didn't hesitate to offer me a return. I then realised the part was there after all so this wasn't necessary. Would definitely recommend.

The seller was polite and had good communications towards us. We are delighted to use their shop and hope to do so also in the future. Oh, and the product is great, a genuine Snow Peak item that is "Made in Japan". 5*****
