The value was amazing, but I didn’t like the appearance on the bed. The customer service was amazing and they were very accommodating in the return and quick to return my money. When I contacted them to tell them what they did all they communicated back to me was that is how they company ships the product. Sorry but that is not good enough and you should honor the customers request and since you didn't you should compensate .
