It happens, nothing to do with the one who mailed it) and they offered to mail me another one at no cost to me. My replacement arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Of course it was packaged well, and it is exactly what I was hoping it to be based off the description, but I think I'll give this ebay shop a heart and will come back next time I need an elegant accessory. Worth the price!!
