I’ve been going back and forth with the Seller about returning it for a full ref but they refuse to. They only want to refund me a small partial amount. I do not recommend this seller because they do not stand behind their products.

There are two odd things (1) on startup, AC is always turned on, even if the module does not turn on or if the AC was off prior. (2) When selecting a blend temperature, it will cycle between hot and cold, about 30 seconds each. The OEM unit did not use this strategy. I am not a fan of ebay international shipping - way to slow to get it to Canada.

I would never do business with these people again I’ve asked for a refund after a refund. They tell me to pay $15 to return the item and they’ll send me a new one that’s half the price of what I paid for they should send me a free shipping label and refund me full price and give me a whole new one do not do business with these People poor customer service I want a full refund

Then USPS delayed their delivery so it took 10 days to receive it.
