When I messaged the seller with questions he was very responsive, answering promptly, completely and in a very friendly way. The brand new bottles arrived quickly and well packed in a box and the expiration dates were all later than September 2026 -- over a year away! These are a GREAT DEAL! I contacted the seller that I was not happy with the condition and they agreed to do a partial refund. I ordered (9) bars of Dr. Squatch Soap, the seller shipped (3). When I messaged the seller from Emerald managment they automatically sent me a partial refund without any notification. Very disappointing. Don't know why these sellers are allowed to keep their accounts. Guess I should go back and read the fine print. This happens way to many times. That's all I have to say about that.
