It turns out there was a manufacturer's defect that couldn't be noted before the item was removed from the packaging. They asked for some photos of where the missing parts should have been installed but weren't. Once the confirmed that it was a manufacturer's problem, they sent me a return FedEx code and I was able to return the item with no problems, no hassles. Took approx. a week or less to receive it double boxed, all attachments included. I had to wait for a friend to unbox TV, assemble legs & then we waited for me to buy a Roku stick for it. Unfortunately, during that wait period somehow TV was knocked over, screen broken & wouldn’t work when we applied Roku stick. I don’t know who/why wrecked TV & I sadly never got to use it. Otherwise I was pleased with Seller’s TV.Emerson 24" Class Widescreen AC/DC 12V HD LED Television with DVD Player (n°266358252750)
