For other problem they refused to send the part, but they proposed to exchange or return the item. I think they dont have parts... PCs are refurbished on some other places.. you playing with your odds... considering the price, it is worth it...but you going to spend a lot of your time on chat to fix a problem...

One of the boxes had been dropped and caused the access panel for additional expansion boards had been bent in slightly, I was able to bend it back into original shape and it looked fine plus it is on the back. They did not include a Wi-Fi adapter for one of the units. This was not critical as we are connecting them using ethernet connections. All in all, setup was fast and easy.

The shipment was carefully and professionally packed. Delivery wad very quick. the wife dongle was a bit bent and they sent me a new one. good value for not much money. The desktop looks great and almost like new. i would buy from them again and i strongly recommend this seller

The item itself is brand new, as advertised and has amazing picture. I wish I had paid attention to the adapters, since I needed HDMI and VGA was sent. But I was able to purchase an adapter for $5, so issue easily solved. The quality of the picture is amazing. Will buy from seller again if I see something I need at
