All CDs are simply sent in a bubble envelope with no extra protection. This enables us to offer postage at no cost to the buyer. Most arrive with no damage, but unfortunately there are a few exceptions where the Royal Mail machinery damages the case. Luckily, these are usually easily replaceable. Thank you for your positive feedback, despite the damaged case.

We use Sealed Air Mail Lite bubble envelopes, and rarely hear of any problems. For low value items such as this, we need to use inexpensive packaging and low cost postage to be able to offer "free" postage (postage is never free, we have to pay for it!). However, I accept your comments, and I will review our packaging.
