    I tip my hat to Mark at Pacific Tundra. After an unfavorable outcome that was not a direct fault of Pacific Tundra but a shipping company issue. Mark went out of his way to correct my dissatisfaction and although I did not receive the product I ordered, I m more than satisfied with Mark reaching out to me personally and explained what happened.
