The description of the dog was accurate, value was very good, postage costs were acceptable. The packaging may have been partially responsible for the damage, however the company used for delivery have a terrible history of just throwing items onto my driveway and garden and I suspect that was the reason for the damage. I will continue to purchase from the seller. Great charity.
