Seller was very helpful in trying to find where the parcel was delivered to. In the end the seller offered a full refund of the purchase price back to me plus additional 'compensation' for all the hassles. Could not ask for better service from a seller even though they were not responsible for the incorrect delivery & my 'non receipt' of my parcel. AAA+++ for customer service.

Delivery firm (Spavins transport) couldn't be more helpful, the batteries are very heavy, arrived extremely well packaged and on time. Thank you everyone!
