Guitar arrived as described and pictured, very quickly, and with good packaging. (Outer box and additional protective wrapping was removed before my photo.) Good setup and plays well. Great seller. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that it had several scuffs and scratches, looking like a used case. I wrote to the seller, who immediately wrote back, apologized, and offered a sizable discount. I really appreciate how responsible they were. I'm happy with the product and definitely would buy from them again.
