If you pair this with Nutricost you will get all of the hydration benefits with bio steel that you would with a product like Gatorade with no sugar. I pair it with Nutricost because the mineral representation is low on Biosteel. The incredibly reasonable price makes doing so easy and subsequently cost-effective. I would recommend this product in the seller incidentally, this mix as well and tastes great. It’s a bit sweet so I mix it with 24 ounces water and it’s fine.

First tasted 1/2 scoop of powder into 1 1/2 cup of water - just right for my taste. This formula agrees with me.
