I did have my trailer pop off once, but it was because I hadn't engaged the lock properly; luckily, I had my chains set up. The first time I used the coupler, I was on flat ground, and it locked automatically, so just double check like anything else involving a trailer. Would absolutely buy again.

The first one worked extremely well, just sold the camper it was attached to. I need this one for my new camper build. The quality of the hitch is excellent, appears to be well made. The paint coating is really durable. My first one had over 10k miles. Works fantastic and more economical than the lock and roll system.

Hardened case had me expecting a small box. Which would be delivered to my front door. However the envelope method used had mailman jam in my very small 4x4 group mailbox crushing letters in the process. Not sellers fault but a box would be far better for this buyer. Grateful for the product never the less.

The corners were broken and bent. The seller wanted to send me replacement panels without the special tool which is required ... I had to return the items, for replacement but instead I received a refund and the seller sold the stock and had no radiators available for the same price. I just waisted one month in the process. The seller takes his time when he communicates.
