I would like to do business with Found And Profound again. The item arrived within a day of the estimate. Packaged well enough to survive transit. Item was as described except for one thing that was promptly addressed by the seller, once notified; 2GB instead of 4GB system RAM. A refund for the amount of RAM not included was issued the same day (on a Saturday!). Lowest price and highest quality on the 2026 market for the item sold; $21: HP Chromebook 14 14"G4 N2840 2GB 16GB 88% battery +charger.
