TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. We can accept your order and make a legally binding agreement without further reference to you. You should ensure that these Terms and Conditions contain everything you want and nothing that you are not happy with.
1. Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you (the Customer or you).
1.2 We are DAPR3D, based in Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

1.3 These are the terms on which we sell all goods to you. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase goods from us.
2. Interpretation
2.1 Consumer means an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
2.2 Contract means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of goods.
2.3 Delivery Location means the address specified in the Order.
2.4 Durable Medium means paper or email, or any medium allowing information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.
2.5 Goods means the goods advertised on the Website or third-party marketplaces and supplied to you.
2.6 Order means your order submitted via the Website or a third-party marketplace.
2.7 Website means www.dapr3d.com
2.8 Supplier means DAPR3D.
3. Goods
3.1 Descriptions of Goods are as set out on the Website, third-party marketplaces, catalogues, or advertising materials. All descriptions are illustrative only.
3.2 Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in colour, surface finish, layer lines, and minor dimensional tolerances may occur and do not constitute a defect.
3.3 Where Goods are made to the Customer’s specifications, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate and complete.
3.4 All Goods are subject to availability.
3.5 We may make changes required to comply with legal or safety requirements and will notify you where applicable.
3.7 Materials, Sustainability and Environmental Exposure
3.7.1 The Supplier uses recyclable and environmentally responsible plastics in the manufacture of its Goods wherever practicable. These materials are selected to reduce environmental impact, minimise waste, and support more sustainable production practices while remaining suitable for hobby and modelling use.
3.7.2 Due to the nature of recyclable plastics and the 3D printing process, prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or elevated temperatures may cause warping, softening, or deformation of Goods.
3.7.3 The Supplier is not responsible for changes to the shape, appearance, or performance of Goods caused by environmental exposure, including but not limited to heat sources, sunlight, or unsuitable storage conditions.
3.7.4 Notwithstanding the above, where warping or deformation occurs within a reasonable time after delivery and is not attributable to misuse, modification, or improper storage, the Supplier may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or refund as a goodwill gesture.
3.7.5 This clause does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in respect of Goods that are faulty or misdescribed at the point of delivery.
4. Personal Information
4.1 We retain and use personal information strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
4.2 We may contact you by email or other electronic means regarding your Order.
5. Basis of Sale
5.1 Product descriptions do not constitute a contractual offer.
5.2 We may reject an Order for any reason and will aim to notify you promptly.
5.3 A Contract is formed only when you receive an Order Confirmation by email.
5.4 You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your Order and Order Confirmation.
5.5 Any quotation is valid for 3 days unless withdrawn earlier.
5.6 No variation of the Contract is valid unless agreed in writing by both parties.
5.7 These Terms apply to Consumers only. Business customers must request separate terms.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 Prices are as shown at the time of ordering.
6.2 Prices are not subject to VAT, as the Supplier is not VAT registered.
6.3 Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
7. Dispatch and Delivery
7.1 Dispatch times are estimates and refer to the time taken to prepare and hand Goods to the delivery carrier.
7.2 Orders are often dispatched the same working day where possible, with an average dispatch time of 1–2 working days.
7.3 During busy periods, or for orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays, dispatch may take up to 4 working days.
7.4 Delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
7.5 International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the Customer’s responsibility.
7.6 Goods become the Customer’s responsibility upon delivery and should be inspected on receipt.
8. Assembly, Replacement Parts & Customer Error
8.1 Assembly of kits is undertaken at the Customer’s own risk.
8.2 Where replacement parts are required due to Customer error during assembly, handling, modification, or use, the Supplier may, at its discretion:
a. require the Customer to cover postage costs for small or low-value parts;
b. charge for larger or higher-value replacement parts in addition to postage.
8.3 Replacement parts provided as a gesture of goodwill do not imply fault or liability.
8.4 The Supplier may offer free replacement parts to loyal or returning customers at its discretion. Such goodwill gestures do not create a contractual right.
9. Cancellation Rights
9.1 The Customer has the legal right to cancel this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.2 The right to cancel does not apply to Goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalised once production has begun.
9.3 The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the Customer receives the Goods.
9.4 Cancellation must be communicated by a clear statement (for example, by email).
10. Effects of Cancellation and Returns
10.1 Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or proof of return.
10.2 Returned Goods must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition.
10.3 The Customer is responsible for return postage costs.
10.4 A deduction may be made for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling.
11. Goodwill Returns
11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits the Supplier’s discretion to accept returns outside the statutory period as a goodwill gesture.
11.2 Such gestures do not create a contractual obligation for future Orders.
12. Conformity and After-Sales Support
12.1 Goods will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
12.2 Assembly guides are provided online via the Website and QR codes where applicable.
12.3 Faulty electronic components on delivery will be replaced free of charge.
12.4 Failures caused by Customer error require replacement at the Customer’s cost.
12A. Electronic Kits, Electrical Safety and Use
12A.1 Electronic Goods and Kits are supplied either fully assembled or as kits requiring assembly and installation by the Customer. Assembly and installation are undertaken entirely at the Customer’s own risk.
12A.2 The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all electronic components are installed, wired, powered, and operated correctly in accordance with the Supplier’s guidance and common electrical safety practices.
12A.3 The Supplier is not responsible for damage, malfunction, loss, or injury caused by incorrect wiring, unsuitable power supplies, voltage mismatch, short circuits, modification, improper installation, environmental exposure, or failure to follow instructions.
12A.4 The Customer confirms that they possess, or will obtain, a basic understanding of electronic circuitry sufficient to safely assemble and operate electronic kits supplied.
12A.5 Powered electronic products must never be left unattended while in operation. The Supplier accepts no liability for damage or loss resulting from unattended use, except where required by law.
12A.6 Electronic Goods are intended for low-voltage hobby, display, or modelling use only and must not be connected to mains electricity or used in safety-critical, commercial, industrial, or life-support applications.
12A.7 Any modification or integration of electronic Goods into other systems is carried out entirely at the Customer’s own risk and voids any obligation to replace or refund affected components.
12A.8 Electronic kits are not toys and are not suitable for children. Adult supervision is required at all times.
12A.9 This clause does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed electronic components.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 All intellectual property rights in the Goods, designs, models, instructions, drawings, diagrams, documentation, and materials remain the property of the Supplier.
13.2 The Customer may assemble, use, display, and sell a completed model they have personally built, provided no copying, reproduction, reverse-engineering, or resale of components, designs, or instructions occurs.
13.3 Commercial exploitation or creation of derivative products requires prior written consent.
14. Customer-Supplied Specifications
14.1 Where Goods are produced using Customer-supplied specifications, responsibility for accuracy rests with the Customer.
14.2 Any review or guidance provided does not transfer responsibility unless agreed in writing.
15. Customer Images & Marketing
15.1 By submitting images or videos, the Customer grants the Supplier a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
15.2 Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future use.
16. Third-Party Marketplaces
16.1 Where Goods are purchased through third-party platforms (including eBay), these Terms apply alongside platform-specific rules.
16.2 Mandatory platform consumer protection rules take precedence where required.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
17.1 The Supplier complies with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

18. Limitation of Liability
18.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
18.2 The Supplier is not liable for unforeseeable losses or business losses.
18.3 The Supplier is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or failure to follow guidance.
19. Governing Law & Complaints
19.1 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
19.2 Complaints should be raised as soon as possible. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
