There was an issue with the collection point (nothing to do with the seller) - the seller's response to my messages trying to work out what had happened was swift and helpful. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend.

The packaging was very robust and the book arrived having survived the terrors of the postal service! Look forward to trading again with this seller and am happy to recommend to anyone!
