However, the shipping time and communication were definitely lacking. I ordered on 24/10. It was marked as sent with no tracking number at the end of October, then I received a tracking number on 16/11 that showed the item had only just been posted. It's been a quick delivery since then and I'm overall very happy with my experience, but I'm also glad I didn't need this plush in a hurry.

Seller was quick to respond when I asked about it. Overall everything was in great condition, packed well, and exactly as described :) thank you!

Thank you so much for the care you showed in wrapping each set into the shipping boxes. I ordered 5 sets and arrived in 2 separate shipping boxes. Great quality items and all new, unsealed sets that are hard to find locally. Everything looks great. Value is good as some stores resell individual boxes (not the full set) for higher prices. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend ordering From Japan Souvenirs! Will order again!
