The Washburn B16 is a high quality 5 string banjo for the serious musician. To produce powerful, amazing sound, this Washburn banjo has a bell brass tone ring. This Washburn 5 string banjo has a tension tailpiece that produces rich tones every single time. For added comfort and to prevent wear and tear to the head and stretcher band, this Washburn banjo has an engraved armrest. In order to reflect the sound from the banjo forward, this Washburn 5 string banjo has a flamed maple resonator. For accurate tuning and mechanical advantage, the Washburn B16 has planetary tuners. Just the perfect instrument to give a complete feel of the rustic, punchy notes of the banjo.
