The CPU arrived much earlier than expected (two weeks instead of two months, from China to Italy), and it was carefully packed in a small but sturdy box. It came with the Ryzen sticker and some thermal paste. The CPU shows signs of previous use (no damage whatsoever), but once I installed it in my system, it worked flawlessly! I would definitely recommend this seller!

I think the scratch impacted the amount of RAM I was able to use, but the seller was VERY responsive and issued me a refund FAST for an amount we agreed on where I would keep the processor since tariffs and shipping would be expensive for both of us. I would do business with this seller again - GREAT customer service. Much appreciated and thank you!
