The packaging was good, with a layer of packing foam between the two bowls and then this encased in an inner cardboard enclosure that was securely taped. This was inside another box, with paper filler. The value of these for me is priceless. I had a bowl like this that was my grandmother's, and it got dropped. it was in too many pieces to fix. I didn’t need to ask any questions because the seller’s description was spot-on, and everything came just as promised. I’m really glad I bought it through them — the sweater is beautiful and has already become one of my favorites. Highly recommend both
