The damage which was fully described and photographed was not nearly as bad as I had imagined, and it’s just a very sweet guitar at a very reasonable price. Would work with a seller and recommend to anyone else to do so as well

The seller disclosed it was in an open box with flaws on the back on the instrument, however there were 3 large scratches on the finish on the front of the ukulele and none of this was disclosed in the listing. I felt it was inpropberly represented. I was offered refund if I returned, but that would cost me $20 for shipping both ways and that was not acceptable. It was an open box clearly stating that it had flaws. You received a working ukulele for $20 with a couple of surface scratches that is normally sold for $119.00 brand new. We are truly sorry you are disappointed, that is why we gave you the option to return. Normally we do not give that options on B stock items.
