Item as described. Reasonably priced for value. Packaging was protective of CD jewel case. Shipping included tracking number. Initially, dispatch was delayed by one week. When I e-mailed seller, he responded promptly, explained how he was going to investigate the issue, and dispatched the item on the date he specified. Mistakes happen. What matters is how the person resolves it. I commend the seller for his prompt communication and effective efforts to resolve the delay. Trust this seller.
