Probably best in the previous Garmin Nuvi range.
Not in the current range; so doesn't have Eco-route (Most economical route - never works for me). But does have all that matters: Whole of europe (inc UK), Widescreen, Bluetooth (so you can see phonebook/make/receive calls via it's large screen), Quicker recalculation/satelite-location and current speed on the main screen unlike previous models (ending in zero).

Good but the screen a bit small.
This is the same as a 1340 but with a smaller screen which is it's only downside. As a 1000 model it's faster than older models, It can usually get a signal indoors, It has Eco-route (suposeably the most economical route but it's not usually so) and it displays your current speed on the main screen. As a 40 model it has Western Europe (inc UK).
