Watch arrived without packaging but it is stated that this is new with tags. This is disappointing given that it is a gift. Contacted seller who states that they do not say this comes with a box. Being new with tags would lead to the assumption that it came with the box. Only keeping as my daughter is expecting this. However be aware that the seller states that ALL of their watches are new and do not come with the box. Without packaging it is indeed hard to say whether the item is new
