  So I'm not exactly happy with the product, but it is not due to anything the seller did or didn't do. My order was shipped out promptly and shipping was pretty fast. However, when I order a perfume that is supposed to be new I just assume that it's going to be wrapped in plastic and the bottle is going to be completely full. But in the pictures on this post it does show that the bottle is not full and my fill line does match the picture so that's an error on me end. Seller was great!

  As described, I will say there's an exp date of 09/2020 though. I spoke with the seller and they did make an effort to sort things out. We need more sellers like this who are able to take constructive criticism from buyers and try to come to an understanding and a solution. I give this seller a 10/10 for not only listening to my concerns but being compassionate and quick with the communication . Thank you so much!
