Perfect coin. Deep Cameo frost. Added to a set of Modern Commemorativea that will be passed on to my children. This will complement the certified set both in Mint State and Proof conditions of PCGS graded coins of 69 and 70.

The best PCGS 1995 MS 68 RD Doubled Die Obverse Lincoln Cent
This is a PCGS MS68 RD 1995-DDO Lincoln Cent that is the second highest in the PCGS registry. There is only ONE graded higher by the same seller which is impossible to obtain but it helps with the Registry Set since POP 1 coins are harder to obtain due to their rarity. This coin is a must needed coin that is required to complete any registry set. The seller I purchased this coin was outstanding in sending this item to me and is MUST for any Registry Collector.
