The seller was helpful when we had an issue with USPS delivery of the bag. I purchased the bag as a gift for someone else. However, the person receiving the bag says the condition of the bag did not match the pictures. There was wear on 3 corners that was not revealed. There was a scratch on the bottom left that was seen in the pics but was way larger with some of the interior hanging out. I buy used bags often but this bag was not in the description that the seller sent in pics.

No actually you are a liar. You were provided additional photos to show the gentle use of a bag that was purchased for over $500, you received for $200. Come on lady, you have nothing better to do but to leave me a negative review because I will NOT accept your return. OH, because there is nothing wrong with the bag, you are just being SALTY. This buyer gave me some BS story her sister is disable and blah blah. & now she is the WORST buyer on eBay. & a liar. Sellers BEWARE!
