The brass fixture arrived with the sharp brass point at the bottom of the fixture protruding out of the box, which posed a safety concern and could have injured shipping handlers and other packages. A truly poor job of packaging by placing the fixture in a black garbage bag and then into the shipping box with no bubble wrap for protection. The shades were wrapped correctly with bubble wrap and arrived safely in a separate box. For a $50 shipping cost, I expected expert packaging at the least.
