  The seller had a no return policy that I was aware of. The item listed and pictured was blemish free and I would have considered excellent condition. The seller too great price in cleaning and packing product but once it arrived the package caused some type of moisture issues which caused the pot to have several area to rust. I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating and apologized they did issue a full refund. That definitely made me feel okay to purchase again from this seller.
