Sadly the monitor arrived damaged. the screen had detached from the case. The packing was good but I guess somewhere in delivery they ignored the 'fragile' labels all over the box. I asked for a refund and was offered a fair partial refund if willing to keep the monitor. it still works as the neck didn't snap so I'm willing to try a repair. Thank you again!

Item arrived on time, as described. Very well packaged in cardboard. Could maybe use a protective sleeve for the transit. Otherwise very happy with the product.

Card not sleeved or top loaded. It was wrapped in kitchen roll which was then taped onto and inbetween cardboard. This may have seemed sensible but trying to open it was horrendous as you couldn’t see the card and where to cut. The card had shifted right to the edge of the paper which made things even harder when trying to open. Item was also sent out 7days after purchase with no message saying why. Poor comms and poorly thought out packaging
