Got the Alexa Pure, the box was all wet when I went to take it into the house, everything inside was wet, all 4 corners of the box were destroyed by so much moisture and you could see the product inside, the bag with the filter was dripping wet and a little standing water inside one tower, now the filter will not work, is not allowing any water into the second chamber! I took pictures of everything and mail carrier had to put the box inside a “we care” bag!!! What do I do???
