Very satisfied with the DVDs content!
Extremely useful!!! I'm free-diver doing pranayama and a lot of other breathing techniques, tai-chi, qui-gong... I have feeling that Vadim Starov really knows what he is talking about. This DVD really helped me to 'psych up' my combat skills.
This DVD really helped me to 'psych up' my combat skills. Psychology has a lot to do when it comes to fighting, and it should never be underestimated. In this No Contact Combat DVD, Vadim Starov explains a lot about psychological influence in a combat, and how to use it in a real combat situation. I recommend this Spetsnaz DVD to everyone who is interested in systema fighting, and interested in psychology. This DVD is a really good combo with the self-development DVDs of Vadim Starov. Not only i do these exercises to improve my combat skills, but i feel more relaxed and confident now.
