Seller lied about condition of book. Said it was BRAND NEW when it is clearly not!
Markings and highlighting from beginning to end. Impossible not to notice it was used.

Seller has resolved the issue with a full refund and the buyer got to keep the book without returning it. Sometimes mistakes happen when making a listing one button can change a listing from preowned to brand new and it was a simple error. The book was in great condition overall with 5 small highlights people will try to get there money back over anything on ebay sellers beware of this :)
