I was so excited about this BUT I was sold a case that is broken the charging port is so loose it doesn’t even want to latch so it can charge my phone.

The case is not broken. After seeing this negative feedback I reached out to the buyer, explaining that all that needs to be done is to move the port slightly forward and then the phone will latch on to it. I also said that if this continues to be a problem to please contact me. It's been more than a day and I haven't heard from the buyer. I would have appreciated the buyer contacting me before posting this negative feedback. I do not sell defective items. I had a perfect feedback score of 100.

Covers the gray!
I've been using this product for many years. I'e tried similar ones but always come back to this one as I think it's the best. it's easy to use and the color looks good. The crayon lasts a long time.
