❌ The boots arrived in one piece but they were packaged very carelessly in an unsealed envelope with no further protection. It arrived completely open and exposed. Surprisingly it showed up intact. This was after paying what I know to be an inflated shipping charge. The seller did respond but told me that this was due to the boots being heavy, though they are surprisingly very lightweight. I buy such items often. Overall the transaction was mediocre. Please treat your customers more fairly. ❌
