It arrived at a reasonable time. I did expect it to have some problems given the price I was able to purchase it for, however I wish the seller was clearer with problems with the product. Upon arrival I decided to clean the stethoscope. The rim and the diaphragm were in extremely brittle conditions. The rim, broke upon attempts to reattach and the diaphragm is basically unusable. I had to order a new rim and diaphragm to see if the situation is salvageable.

The seller was extremely helpful! The same day I posted the review, they followed up and gave me a very high partial refund for my purchase. Extremely thankful to this, and would consider buying from them again if another opportunity arose. Very fair, and helpful.
