Eye up impossible to replace
The original eyecup on the X Pro 2 is attached in a manner which is impossible to replicate without taking apart the whole viewfinder. You try to make do by using super-glue but it doesn't work well and a few days later, the glued eyecup gets torn apart. Not at all a good solution, avoid until Fuji comes up with screw-in eyecups.

Mechanically beautiful, optically not good enough
This enormous and very heavy lens is beautifully constructed and mechanically very versatile and sound. All desirable movements can be achieved, but there is a learning curve as it is not at all easy to use right out of the bow, owing to its mechanical complexity.
Furthermore, the great optical qualities you could expect at such a high price point are not really present. At full aperture (and that is quite modest), image quality is good in the center, but very dubious as you look towards the corners, and corners are equally important in landscape or architecture photography. You have to stop down to f/8 to obtain an homogeneous image quality, and even that does not take your breath away like when you look at the performance of a Zeiss lens.
All in all, there are other much better tilt-shift lenses in the Schneider lineup.
