NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT LUBE
Tried DuPont Chain Saver on my standard motorcycle chain (not o-ring style) after numerous glowing recommendations from fellow bikers. Bargain-priced and spray was easy to apply. After a day's riding on dusty trails I found the chain equally coated with grit as if I had used an oil-based lube. I reverted to petroleum lube because I suspect it penetrates between the links better than waxed-based.

Beaver on steroids
Quality product. Cuts like beaver on steroids. I got carried away and cut down my wife's favorite wisteria bush. Now I'm back on Ebay looking for a mattress pad to sleep outside in the dog house.
