Nice MacBook Air M1, runs great, no problems with functionality. Minor complaint about a chip fracture in the glass at the bottom of the screen in the bezel decorative area. Other than that the computer seems to be just fine.

This vendor is a CROOK, DO NOT BUY FROM KARTECH. I Paid for this switch and the vendor ripped out all of the power and fan parts in the back of the switch then mailed me just the housing and the power cord. Nowhere in the ad did it say he was going to be doing this. The image I uploaded shows the switch in the current condition he sent it. The ad indicate this is a fully functioning, complete switch. Because of his wrong-doing, he said if I wanted my money back, I'd have to send him the switch.

I told him I'm keeping the switch, and if I do not get my refund tonight, the police would be talking to him the following day. He immediately refunded my money. I waited for 7 days and promised that I would write him a negative review. SO BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS VENDOR MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. This is not his first time playing a bag of tricks on the customer, he's a top rated CROOK.

This person reached me out and he said that he did not received the fans and power supply along with the switch. as normal, I offered him those part and i told him i can ship them with FedEx in morning then he started to insulting me and yelling me. he has threaten me with police. I am now taking this to legal authority since he insult me over an over and called me "crook" and I gave him even full refund without taking the switch back but yet he is still insulting me. I am also reporting him too

There is a reason these guys have such a high satisfaction number. I have purchased several times from this business and they are the best, hands down. I normally don’t post ratings and recommendations. But I can’t not with this business. The have offered great product for good prices. I could not be more pleased. At this point it feels more like a partnership than a customer type relationship. Thank you for all your help!
