The seller has not replied to my email saying I was not happy with this. I have asked for a refund on the postage, as it was free postage. I could not receive my item, until I paid for postage.I sent photos showing this, not happy at all.

I tried to work with this seller, but for some reason they just don't want to respond, I suspect that this item had insufficient postage for the way it was packed and therefore it's been delayed, but I can't confirm this until the item arrives, I've pointed this out to the seller, but instead responding they have given me a full refund that I didn't ask for.
