The seller never provided tracking after over a month of waiting. They then canceled the order and refunded it after they claim to have mailed it and this somehow became my fault and negative feedback was left. I would definitely avoid. Communication is definitely lacking and I still have yet to receive any item from them. Very confusing and frustrating transaction.

In reality the buyer asked for cancellation after 15 days of purchase, knowing that my items are handmade and that for the USA there are 2 tracking numbers and that I only provide the one when the package is already in the - USA to avoid confusion, so I refunded him the item and I also left positive feedback. However, instead of thanking me for the REFUND, HE leaves me negative feedback, ruining my small business. Refuse any business with him. It only creates problems

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
Ho fatto molte ricerche sul web, siccome ho una stampante HP non proprio nuova, non volevo spendere molti soldi per le cartucce perchè di questi tempi si trovano stampanti che costano quanto una cartuccia quindi ho deciso di acquistare cartucce rigenerate e queste che ho trovato da questo fornitore sono ottime (almeno fino ad ora). L'unica accortenza è di verificare oltre al numero della cartuccia (in qst caso 342) anche il numero di compatibilità con la stampante (in qst caso C9361E) perchè se quest'ultimo non coincide con la stampante la cartuccia non viene riconosciuta; cosa che mi è capitata acquistando la stessa su un altro sito dove non c'era specificato il numero.
