Refurbished? Cleaned and tested? You decide, here's a few pics. The water tube that the coffee flows from is mostly clogged so I get watery coffee looking water(not hot, warm )I think it's a decent purchase but I don't like how the seller treated me like a liar and told me to take my issues to eBay. Is that representing the way business owner should? Again, you decide. I'm going to repair it but I'd have liked it if I didn't get treated like this...ungrateful seller if you ask me.

When I ordered the replacement part for my Cuisinart I was concerned about getting the correct part. I assumed it would be in perfect condition and didn’t read the description or look at all the photos. If I had been more thorough I would have seen the disclosure of the cracks. The company was very generous in responding to my complaint. I’m changing my rating of them to excellent.
