For buyers who open an item not received claim (INR) on an untracked item, we will refund you. We will leave feedback stating you opened this claim and that we have refunded you. You will be blocked from messaging and making purchases after you are refunded. If you have very few reviews, no reviews, or reviews stating you have opened an INR claim or any other claims related to fraud we will not sell to you. We videotape all packaging and shipment of our tracked items. Buyers who try to fraud us by stating an item has not been described and then returning a different item or empty box will be immediately reported and blocked. This is mail fraud and the incident will be reported to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre or the US Postal Inspection Service.

Crazy. Lol was trying to confirm that he sent me a package which he did.. but the guy didn't understand English.. and wouldn't give me details on how to confirm his product.. as I order multiple packages of the same item form didn't people... spent a day and a bit. Just to help him out and figure if the untracked package was sent and delivered. Crazy I tell you keep yelling I'm trying to scam him lmfao well in fact I just wanted to make sure I got it.
